The blades themselves – exact replicas of a commando dagger– are made from 304 medical and food grade stainless steel, hand-polished for a superb finish.

And the best bit? The handle unscrews to reveal a dedicated spirits pouring spout – it’s a neat touch that everyone loves! When closed, the bottle is fully sealed.

Hotspur Gin is a unique blend of history, chemistry, alchemy and passion. We use traditional Northumbrian botanicals of heather, bilberry and rose petals for a smooth and delicate flavour, expertly blended with juniper, orris root, angelica, nutmeg and pink peppercorns. These are complemented by the subtle inclusion of grapefruit and orange for a delicate sign-off that will satisfy even the most discerning palate.
